  • $350/£250 deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Balance is due 10 weeks before arrival.
  • $250 security deposit is required, refundable within 2 weeks of departure. Subject to property inspection.
  • Optional pool heating at $25 per day (recommended between November and April).
  • Minimum stay 3 nights.
  • Stays of 6 nights or less incur a cleaning charge of $90.
